Prices and conditions
2-day pass for 25/26 May 2018
Attending the conference for two full days – excluding overnight accommodation.
The registration is only possible for the 2 days.
CHF 250.00 – Early bird booking from 12 – 28 February
CHF 320.00 – as of 1 March
Included:
Attending the conference and the public part of the festival on the Esplanade, conference papers, morning and afternoon coffee, lunch (buffet lunch), drinks, drinks and snacks (on the Friday) and confirmation of attendance. Dinner is not included.
Closing date for applications
The closing date for registration is 10 May 2018.
Early registration is recommended. The date of receipt of the registration will be taken into account when allocating delegates to the presentations and workshops.
Registration is confirmed once the attendance fee has been paid. The full conference fee is payable for cancellations after 10 May 2018.
Payment
You will be sent an invoice by email, which is payable within 30 days. Payment must be made by 25 May 2018.
